“On the Leading Edge of Golf Instruction & Fitness”

About Us:

Video Sports Advantage is owned and operated by Frank Kasper.

I have taken my love for sports fitness combined with high tech video analysis technology to create a learning and training center for coaches, professional golfers as well as amateurs.

I have always been into fitness and have competed in some
of the local triathlons, 5K or 10K road races and some ocean mile swims. Then in 1999 I was involved in a car accident which left me with a shoulder injury that I just couldn’t seem to rehab. I tried all sorts of exercises, massage therapy and chiropractic work but nothing seemed to work. I would feel fine for a couple of months but once my exercise routine
was increased my shoulder would give out. After a couple
of years of being frustrated and getting fat and lazy I was introduced to Pilates.

I started doing Pilates in 2004 and found a new way of working out. Through Pilates I was able to rehab my
shoulder and work my entire body like never before. Once I understood the basic breathing techniques and fundamentals of Pilates I began to see rapid improvements in my overall health and mental attitude. I was able to lose about 15 pounds and 4-5 inches off my waistline. I owe Ellen Latham
of Ellen’s Pilates a big thank you for being so enthusiastic in

teaching me Pilates. She was able to keep me motivated
through the learning curve and soreness I experienced in my first couple of months doing Pilates. It was Ellen who encouraged me to obtain my Pilates certification. So I
thought about that for awhile and decided to seek the
training I would need to become certified. In February of
2005 I enrolled in the Reformer program at Polestar Pilates
in Coral Gables and obtained my certification in December
of 2005. I’ve been teaching for over a year and have obtained specialized training in Pilates for Golfers.

I’ve completed several golf specific workshops with training
at Stott Pilates of South Beach, GMP Fitness LLC, and
most recently the Pilates for Golf Conditioning Specialist  Level 1 course with Sarah Christensen. Along with these specific workshops I studied the Paul Chek, Golf Biomechanics manual/video and viewed countless hours of videos by Roger Frederick, Ingrid Saffert, Pilates for Men, David Leadbetter’s Interactive dvd’s and the Pilates 101 Sports Specific Training dvd’s.

I always new that I’d bring Pilates and video technology to golfers to help them improve their game. After researching
the web for over 12 months and trying all kinds of software packages and gadgets I believe I have th
e best there is to offer every golfer that wants to improve their fitness and golf game in the most efficient way.

So if you’re ready to take your fitness and golf game to the next level see the class schedule and reserve your spot today. You won’t be sorry but your golfing partners will be once you start taking their money hole after hole!

Continuing Commitment to Excellence:

I will continue to better myself by constantly searching for Pilates and golf conditioning classes and workshops as
well as adding new features to my video analysis software and technology.

I participated in the 1st Annual Golf Performance Workshop on November 18, 2006 hosted by Kevin Christie of Wasserman Chiropractic and am looking forward to his
next one.

In 2007 I completed the World Golf Fitness Summit and the Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Workshop in Orlando. This was seven days of the latest training methods for golfers of all skill levels. I had a great time meeting all the speakers along with the guys from the Golf Channel, Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Philips.

I'm currently enrolled in the Comprehensive Certification program with Power Pilates and will complete this in the fall of 2008.

If you’re hosting a golf or fitness seminar/workshop and
would like to have me explain the benefits of Pilates please feel free to contact me
